Our program is over six hours of audio programming, segmented into daily tracks that follow your body’s natural fluctuations associated with the reproductive cycle. Each daily session uses a powerful combination of music, words and guided instructions, designed to help your body manage stress and understand what it needs to do to get ready for conception.
It is simple to use, each day you listen to the session that matches where you are in your cycle. You can start at any point in your cycle and repeat or delete sessions if your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days.

Based on medical and scientific research showing how our mind communicates with our bodies, as well as the enormous negative effects stress has on our reproductive system, we have created a first of its kind mind-body cycle tracking program.
By giving yourself 15 minutes per day to reduce stress and open the powerful connection of the mind-body connection, you can make incredible strides to improving our fertility and overall health and wellness.
Our program demystifies and shows you how to leverage your own innate powers of healing.
Each session is different but follows the same basic structure. We first spend time allowing your mind and body to go quiet and enter into a deeply relaxed state. Then we begin our physically-based mind-body visualizations that track to what your reproductive cycle is doing during that time period. Lastly, we proceed through an exercise based on a specific emotional release or understanding. Here is a quick review of each session’s body-based visualizations:
Cycle Day 1: Hypothalamus-pituitary shedding of excess stress. Internalizing a visualization of the mind-body connection.
Cycle Day 2: Hypothalamus-pituitary connection and reduction of stress. Visualizing the mind-body connection again to strengthen the subconscious understanding and intuition.
Cycle Day 3: Continued visualization of the hypothalamus communicating with the pituitary. Shedding of uterine lining (menstruation) to create optimum situation for implantation later in the month.
Cycle Day 4: The hypothalamus-pituitary communication with ovaries, and back again for a perfect feedback loop. Using water symbolism for stress reduction and healing overall.
Cycle Day 5: Relaxation touching on all aspects of your reproductive organs. Focusing again on the feedback loop between the hypothalamus-pituitary and ovaries.
Cycle Day 6: Along with the hypothalamus-pituitary and ovary communication, adding now the imagery of the developing follicles and passable fallopian tubes.
Cycle Day 7: Seeing hormonal balance and effects of stress reduction throughout the entire body. Visualization of uterus and the beginning phases of preparing for fertilized egg.
Cycle Day 8: Abundance of healthy follicles and eggs, and how the ovaries are developing and building up for one special egg (or eggs) for ovulation.
Cycle Day 9: Picturing the perfect development of an egg and the preparation of the uterus with just the right amount of hormones in a balanced, natural state.
Cycle Day 10: Special exercise: picturing a “magical” screen that passes through the body, eliminating anything foreign, unnatural – down to the cellular and molecular level.
Cycle Day 11: Visualizing and having confidence that hormones are passing through at just the right time and speed, and are gearing up to release an egg.
Cycle Day 12: Luteinizing hormone surge in anticipation of release of egg to the fallopian tubes. Seeing fully developed healthy egg released into fallopian tube.
Cycle Day 13: LH surge, and complete and utter relaxation of all elements of your reproductive system. Seeing complete balance and harmony.
Cycle Day 14: Egg release into fallopian tube. Seeing the color, weight – allowing for full visualization of egg as well as open and pliable open fallopian tubes.
Special Ovulation Session: Using the Law of Reversed Effort, thinking of a time when you did NOT want to get pregnant and using a fun visualization that will help reverse the way the more you try to do something, the less you may succeed.
Cycle Day 15: Focus on ovulation, release of an egg, softening and moistening of the cervix with the right amount and consistency of cervical fluid, and the full acceptance of healthy sperm. Seeing sperm travel through uterus toward fallopian tubes.
Cycle Day 16: Seeing the sperm combine with egg in a perfect and wholesome embrace. What that looks like, internalizing that happening.
Cycle Day 17: Visualizing the sperm and egg union, the growth and tiny movement of the fertilized egg. The balanced hormones, particular progesterone, in helping the uterus prepare for implantation.
Cycle Day 18: Fertilized egg tiny movements and traveling through the fallopian towards uterus. Progesterone hormone communication from ovary to uterus.
Cycle Day 19: The blastocyst moving and having it’s own energy. Seeing it grow at just the right time and amounts. Progesterone hormone communication continues. Everything in perfect balance.
Cycle Day 20: Continued growth of the fertilized egg through fallopian tubes. Healthy development of uterine lining with progesterone.
Cycle Day 21: Traveling fertilized egg through the fallopian tubes toward the building uterine waiting for its arrival and implantation.
Cycle Day 22: Having the fertilized egg drop into the uterus and having it make its way towards the walls of the uterus.
Cycle Day 23: Visualizing the inside of the uterus and seeing the egg either already implanted or going to be implanted.
Cycle Day 24: Implantation of the egg into the uterus. The right hormone circulation and balance of growth.
Cycle Day 25: Growth of the implanted egg and the beginnings of the placenta, growing in harmony and just as it should.
Cycle Day 26: Seeing the perfect amount of blood, nutrients, energy surrounding the uterus, and embryo.
Cycle Day 27: Uterus as being full, heavy, round. Uterus giving just the right amount of energy and love for the perfect development of the embryo.
Cycle Day 28: Contemplating testing for pregnancy…both positive and negative results. Finding emotional fortitude to deal with either result.
