The “Why I Love Circle+Bloom” Apple iPad GIVEAWAY!

We thought it would be GREAT FUN to giveaway an ultra cool Apple iPad to one lucky winner! The way to enter is simple and hopefully fun…break out your creativity! There are multiple ways to enter as outlined below. Once you have meet the requirements below then simply come back to this page and fill out the form within! Make sure to do this by August 31st, 2010 – our winner selection date! Once we receive your form we will verify the requirements were meet and get you entered into the drawing.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Below are the specific ways (categories) to enter and requirements for each entry:

The following categories will be worth 5 points. If you meet the requirements below your name will be entered into the drawing a total of 5 times for each category submission. You can enter one submission per category for a total of 20 points!

5 POINT CATEGORIES (enter once for each category, for a total of 15 possible points):

  • Create a “Why I Love Circle + Bloom” video to post on YouTube or Vimeo, talk about what you love about Circle + Bloom, how your life has changed since using mind-body visualizations – or anything else that you think would be helpful for your friends and family to learn about. If you are not a customer you can talk about what you like about a blog post, mind-body techniques for health that we advocate, or any information on our site. The video must be created after June 10, 2010 to qualify. Complete the form below to notify us that you have created and posted the video.

  • Create a “Why I love Circle + Bloom” blog post or slide show that you post on your website. The creation of the blog post or slide show must be after June 10, 2010 to qualify. Complete the form below to notify us that you have entered.

  • Make an introduction for Circle + Bloom to your OBGYN, RE or RE staff, or Acupuncturist, and send us an e-mail at amy@circlebloom.com with who we should contact to follow up on the introduction that you made. Once we make contact with them directly you will be entered.

  • Share your experience using Circle + Bloom on an online fertility or health forum, bulletin board or other online community (such as TCOYF.com, mothering.com, or another online forum). The creation of this post should must be made after June 10, 2010 to quality. Complete the form below to notify us that you have completed this 5 point entry.

1 POINT CATEGORIES (enter once for each category, for a total of 3 possible points):

The following categories will be worth 1 entry (if you meet the requirements below your name will be entered into the drawing a total of 1 time for each category submission)

  • Join our newsletter list AND share the link with a friend

  • Share why you love Circle + Bloom with your Twitter followers. You must include a reference to a page on our site and include @circlebloom on the post to qualify. Some ideas to consider; share a blog post you found informative or if you are using the program, or have used it in the past then share what you loved about the program.

  • Join the Circle + Bloom Facebook fan page and make a post on the fan page on why you love Circle + Bloom.

Have fun with the entries, be creative! You are able to enter only ONCE under EACH category above (for a possible total amount of points of 23). Once you have completed the requirements fill out the survey below!

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winner and three back up names will be selected by random drawing no later than August 31, 2010. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. If the winner is unable to collect their prize, the unawarded prize will go to the first back-up and subsequent back-ups thereof until prize is awarded. Prize will be shipped by mail. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A list with the winner’s name will be kept on file at Circle + Bloom and are available by writing Circle + Bloom 26 Park Street, Suite 2023, Montclair NJ 07042.
