Circle + Bloom is based on medical and scientific research proving the negative effects stress has on fertility. It also encompasses a proven method to create a mind + body connection to bring about real changes in the body. Our program is over six hours of audio programming, segmented into daily tracks that follow your body’s natural fluctuations associated with the reproductive cycle. Each daily session is approximately 15 minutes of a unique combination of music, words and guided instructions, designed to help your body manage stress and understand what it needs to do to get ready for conception. It is simple to use, each day you listen to the session that matches where you are in your cycle. You can start at any point in your cycle and repeat or delete sessions if your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days.

Each day’s session consists of three distinct components:
Step One: Body-Scan Relaxation
The beginning part of the program is all about quieting the mind and relaxing each body part. We do this by using a progressive body scan technique – or walking you through a visualization process of each major body part with relaxation in mind. It’s a proven and very effective way to elicit deep relaxation. Your body will feel very weighted, heavy, and go quiet after you do this section. This will help reverse the effects of stress and prepare you for the guided visualization exercises.
Step Two: Guided Visualization
Tracking your reproductive cycle becomes a key element in this section. Everyday, our hormones are interacting with one another, changing and causing change within our ovaries and uterus. In a deep relaxed state we are able to engage the mind+body connection using visualization exercises that specifically match the daily changes of your body. This is an incredibly powerful process that will help promote balance, healing, and restoration to our natural state. Furthermore, this process becomes much more impactful when we trust in the process – when we believe it will work. As Dr. Andrew Weil puts it:
“The mind’s eye has a special relationship with the healing system. A great deal of the cerebral cortex is devoted to vision. Located at the back of the head, this part of the brain mostly occupies itself with processing of information from the retinas of the eyes, but when it disengages from that task and turns inward, one of the most important channels for mind/body communication becomes available.”
Step Three: Strengthening Optimistic Feelings
This last section provides a small task or visualization exercise that can help address any anxiety or other negative emotions that may have an impact on your body chemistry. Allowing your imagination to proactively manage things that it needs to address can be very empowering. Some people find it helpful to write their thoughts or experiences in a journal to reflect on the experiences provided by this exercise.
