The Benefits of Moontime Tea’s Fertility Tea

Guest Blog by Kathryn Simmons Flynn, Author of Cooking for Fertility: Foods to Nourish Your Fertile Soul

During my nutrition consults, I do my best to focus on all of the delicious foods and drinks those wanting to conceive can enjoy, rather than zoning in on what they should avoid. Finding a good replacement for coffee is a particularly touchy topic, as many of my clients enjoy the ritual and the energy boost (albeit temporary) that it brings. Unfortunately, we know that both coffee and caffeine can negatively impact fertility. That’s where I got the idea to create an all-organic, naturally caffeine-free tea for fertility.

When I asked my clients what they thought, their two requests were to make it delicious and to put it in teabags so it would be convenient to drink. I’m happy to report we succeeded on both fronts. Not only delicious and packed in chlorine-free teabags, but Moontime Tea’s Fertility Blend combines the highest quality organic ingredients, used by herbalists for centuries to support reproductive function:

  • Organic Peppermint leaf: strengthens sex drive*
  • Organic Red Clover Blossoms: alkalinizes and purifies the blood*
  • Organic Red Raspberry Leaf: strengthens the uterus and regulates menstruation*
  • Organic Nettle Leaf: chlorophyll rich, blood building herb*

The fertility tea is also a wonderful reminder to include relaxation in your life. One of the intentions behind moontime tea is to honor the ritual of sitting and taking time to nourish your self each day. Instead of draining your adrenals the way coffee does, this tea for fertility replenishes your very essence. Each pouch contains 30 teabags to be enjoyed daily. You can purchase your monthly supply of fertility tea here.

Just started drinking this last week. I am not a fan of tea or coffee , but this really does taste great. I love it. I do add a little honey or sugar to it though, like I said, I’m not really a tea drinker. Too early to know if it helps with fertility, but it is very pleasant to drink, almost a little addictive.

I love this tea, I have PCOS and 14-16 day periods that average every 60-80 days. after drinking it on and off for a week I got my first period few days into the tea, it shortened my length, and got my second period right on time as if it were a normal cycle. I ran out of the tea but I will be getting some asap!

I have been drinking your tea and love it! I just had an IUI and I am hopefully pregnant. Fingers crossed! Anyways, I was reading the back of the pouch and I saw that it says not intended for use in pregnancy. Does this mean that I shouldn’t drink it if I might be pregnant?

I just purchased this tea after several years of TTC. It is a wonderful tea and I am addicted. I’ve never felt better and I think it’s aided me in losing weight. I am so glad I found it. I add a little honey and lemon to enhance the flavor but it has such a great aroma already. Thank you for making this tea.
